About

Oh hi there, I’m Engadget associate editor Timothy J. Seppala. I started Dummy With a Camera as a way to light a fire under my ass and actually do something with the photos I’ve taken. What naively started as a photo-per-day project has become one of my favorite creative outlets — even though I don’t have nearly enough time to take, edit and publish a photo every day.

I’ve been a published journalist since 2008, writing for publications ranging from my local newspaper, Official Xbox MagazineArs TechnicaThe Detroit Free Press and now Engadget. My work portfolio is over here, and you can check out my CV right here.
